On behalf of the IFMSA Executive Board (contact), it is truly an honor and a joy to introduce and welcome you to the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations (IFMSA), the largest medical student organization in the world. This homepage is designed to introduce you our wonderful organization, to provide you with information, and to answer some of your questions.

If you are not sure if your country is already involved in IFMSA we have a list of the Current Countries of IFMSA. Through our Requirements to Join IFMSA page we explain how simple it is to become a part of our federation. On this homepage you can also find a description of IFMSA Activities, IFMSA Projects, IFMSA Exchange Programs, advice on Building a National Member Organization, and information on the General Assembly Meetings of IFMSA. We hope that you will find this information helpful!

If you represent a country that is not currently involved with IFMSA, we recommend that you do two things:

1. Join our IFMSA listserv: ifmsa-generalyahoogroupscom - you can do this by sending a blank E-mail to ifmsa-general-subscribeyahoogroupscom - we have designed this listserv for all people interested in IFMSA activities.
2. Contact IFMSA Secretary General or IFMSA Vice President on Internal Affairs. You can always contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

We are very excited to learn of your interest in becoming a part of a multinational network of medical students that are actively involved in global health issues! It is our job to help you with all of your needs, so contact us if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or if you would just like to say hello!
