Constitution and Bylaws

The IFMSA Constitution defines the basis and the ground rules of our Federation. It describes the framework in which our Federation is build. The IFMSA Constitution is deposited and registered under Dutch law on the 31st of July 2000.

The IFMSA Bylaws contain the regulations to be used in the internal management of our Federation. The Bylaws are an extension of the IFMSA Constitution and regulate in detail how the practical work in IFMSA should be done. The Bylaws are updated bi-annually at General Assembly Meetings. All IFMSA members are subject to these Bylaws, but do not grant rights to individuals or bodies outside the Federation.
