SCORP Project Database

The Standing Committee on human Rights and Peace (SCORP) works for the prevention of conflicts and human rights abuses. SCORP also deals with the problems faced by displaced people and participates in relief efforts.

SCORP aims to raise awareness among medical students and the general public about:

• refugee health and
• the threat that human rights violations, conflicts and modern warfare pose to the health.

The work is performed mainly by the means of information campaigns, exhibitions and workshops. SCORP-Groups around the world organise numerous projects of which most have been compiled in a database which has been distributed to the NORPs, NMOs and numerous external organisations.
