The Standing Committee on Public Health (SCOPH) emphasizes the importance of public health issues in medical education and the community. The promotion of a healthy lifestyle through the eradication of smoking, improvement in diet and increasing physical activity is our goal.
The Standing Committee on Reproductive Health including AIDS (SCORA) aims to raise awareness among medical students about Reproductive Health including sexual education, gender equity, sexual violence, as well as Sexually Transmitted Infections.
The Standing Committee on Professional Exchange (SCOPE) is the largest committee within IFMSA. More than 6000 students worldwide participate in our programme each year.
The Standing Committee on Research Exchange (SCORE) provides medical students from around the world the unique opportunity to participate in exceptionally rewarding and affordable clinical or pre-clinical research projects in a foreign country.
